Please be advised that during the months of March and April 2025, RedShield will be performing rolling maintenance upgrades of a major service component across all PoPs.
RedShield has successfully completed pre-production upgrade testing and there are no service impact or interruptions expected from the upgrade process or from the use of the upgraded service. We are providing this notice on a precautionary basis in the event of any unknown edge cases and request that if you do notice anything out of the ordinary then please contact our support team.
