RedShield is aware of the global CrowdStrike outage currently impacting numerous companies and organizations.
We can confirm that RedShield services remain unaffected and are operating normally.
However, one of our SaaS providers responsible for handling voice call ticket creation is impacted. Therefore, if you have priority issues that you would normally raise by phone, please email them to support@redshield.co with ‘priority incident’ in the subject line, this will ensure that our established priority issue handling processes are followed. Once your mail is received our support teams will be alerted.

Update: The voicemail delivery system issue was resolved on 22nd July.
